Balanced living to me is eating an alkaline diet, exercising, drinking plenty of water and enjoying life. I realized that health and wellness isn’t just about the mind and body connection but it is also about living a quality life.
I know I am in good health when my energy levels are flying high and I am able to shift my focus on balancing the energy in my home.
My home is where I kick-off my shoes to relax. But another thing about me is I am a little OCD. When I feel my living space is out of whack, I put my feng shui skills to work to clear out any negative energy that is affecting me personally and professionally.
